Grainpipe provides data engineering and AI-visibility services to business clients. This page explains what we collect on this website and how we handle client data.
What this website collects
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.
- If you email us, we keep the correspondence and any files you send in order to answer you and, if we work together, to deliver the project.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell data, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Client project data
Data processed during a project is used only to deliver that project. Access is limited to the engineers on the engagement. Credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager, and are handed over or deleted at project close, at the client's choice.
Third-party services
This site is served by Cloudflare. Email is handled by our email provider. Both process data on our behalf under their standard terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@grainpipe.com. We respond within 30 days.
